Good morning everyone.  I hope you had a great weekend.  You guys have been doing awesome and working really hard.  I attached a weekly video from Little Sports that focuses on strength and endurance.  Remember you can modify the activities as tolerated.  For example if you are having  hard time doing regular push ups you can do shoulder taps, standing wall push ups, or shoulder taps.
