I encourage all of my students to remain positive and creative. I will be posting more activities, exercises and even videos throughout the remote learning process. Thank you.
Remote Activity:
- Crumble up a piece of paper and play catch with a family member. Practice your overhand and underhand throws. Make sure you step in opposition and throw with your dominant hand.
- You can also use the same piece of paper and find an empty paper basket and practice your basketball shot. Make sure to remember the B.E.E.F. teaching tip.
B- Bend the knees
E- Elbows up
E- Eyes on Rim
F- Follow through/Flick Wrist
